We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy because we want you to feel absolute confidence in your purchase.

Request Return

Log in to your account, head to "My Orders", and submit a return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery.

Package the Item

Ensure the items are unused, unwashed, and packed securely with their original product tags and labels attached.

Pickup & Refund

Our logistics partner will pick up the package. Once verified, refunds will be initiated to your bank account or payment source.

Terms & Policy Guidelines

  • Returns are only accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • The product must be returned with all accessories, price tags, and custom packaging.
  • Any product returned showing signs of wear, laundry wash, alterations, or damage will not qualify for a refund.
  • Innerwear, masks, or custom-tailored ethnic outfits are not eligible for returns due to hygiene guidelines.

Refund Processing

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited directly to the original bank card, wallet, or UPI account used during payment checkout. This usually reflects within 3-5 working days after package pickup.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery returns, we will request you to submit your UPI ID or Bank Account Details (Account Name, IFSC Code, Account Number) securely. The money will be deposited within 5-7 business days.
