Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery across India takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive deliveries within 3 days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 is charged at checkout.

We offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Returns can be requested directly from your account page.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated. For prepaid orders, it will be refunded to the original payment source. For COD orders, we will request bank account details to deposit the refund within 5-7 business days.

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets via Razorpay. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for most PIN codes across India.

Each product page features a sizing chart. We recommend measuring a well-fitting shirt/kurta from your wardrobe and comparing it with our chart. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed ethnic wear fit.
